The CRM sales specialist role consists primarily to identify companies with CRM needs, to contact them, and engage in strategic discussions related to the advantages of a CRM solution. Our marketing team creates regular campaigns, which enable us to identify contacts who demonstrate interest for a CRM solutions.

We also target certain industries specifically and undertake strategic measures among the companies within these industries, since we have technologies and knowledge adapted to them.

The majority of the work is done over the phone with the objective to engage a contact with the key stakeholders such as the sales director, the IT director or the marketing director, in order to discuss their CRM strategy. You will be part of a team and always have the support of CRM pre-sales specialists for the technical and specialized aspects of the products. The CRM sales specialist also drafts the proposals and determines the budget necessary for the CRM projects. Lastly, the CRM sales specialist will be in constant contact with the CRM project decision makers to fully understand their issues and business objectives.

We use many sales methodologies adapted to the project type, methodologies that will need to be mastered to put them into practice during various sales situations.
