For over 40 years, the Coopérative de développement régional du Québec (CDRQ) has been supporting collective enterprises, cooperatives, and non-profit organizations. The CDRQ provides expert assistance and services to businesses at any stage, whether starting up, growing, or requiring a turnaround. With over 30 specialized individuals in collective business development, the CDRQ operates from its head office in Quebec City and 10 regional offices across the province.
Summary of the project
In a vision of services excellence, CDRQ required an integrated system capable of supporting several needs, from the operation to the management, assuring integration capability with the financial system and Marketing Automation applications so then CDRQ HQ and the 10 regional offices can collaborate, standardize, simplify and optimize their operations.
To achieve it, CDRQ has selected Creatio as the main Sales & Project Management solution to assure the full customer cycle is covered from the initial contact to the project closure including, contracts, invoicing, time and expenses management integrated with QBO.
