President & Founder
Sebastien founded Solutions Metrix in 2001 after graduating from École Polytechnique de Montréal and serving as CIO at eFundraising. Over two decades, he has led 600+ CRM implementations across North America, establishing SM as a leading platform-agnostic CRM partner. His vision — to become North America's #1 CRM integrator — drives every strategic decision at the company.
Executive Vice-President
Harshjot joined Solutions Metrix as a Senior CRM Consultant and has risen through every level of the organization — Director of CRM Consulting, VP of Professional Services, VP of Operations — to his current role as EVP. Holding MCSA, MCSE, MSc, and PRINCE2 credentials and a Master's from Concordia University, he is the architect of SM's delivery methodology, team structure, and operational standards.
VP of Revenue
Ken brings deep expertise in financial services and enterprise sales to his role leading Solutions Metrix's revenue growth. With a background spanning banking, CRM strategy, and go-to-market leadership, he is focused on expanding SM's presence across key North American verticals and building the partnerships that drive long-term client value.
Finance Director
Linh oversees all financial operations at Solutions Metrix, ensuring the fiscal discipline and transparency that underpin the company's growth. She manages budgeting, reporting, and financial planning across the organization, and serves as a key point of accountability for project economics and operational investments.
Sales Director
Nicolas leads Solutions Metrix's sales organization, driving new business development across industries and geographies. HR Business Partner
Geneviève is the HR Business Partner at Solutions Metrix, supporting the people strategies that enable the company's growth.
