How can I start using AI capabilities if I am using one or more than one Microsoft service?

The integration of GPT technology into Microsoft’s services marks a significant step forward in leveraging AI capabilities. To facilitate the adoption of AI capabilities across its ecosystem, Microsoft introduced a new service called Copilot. Copilot utilizes GPT4 technology and seamlessly integrates within various Microsoft services, including Dynamics 365. Dynamics 365 encompasses a range of business applications, categorized into two families: ERP and CRM. 

Microsoft Dynamics Copilot integration with ERP

Within the ERP family, Copilot specifically caters to Microsoft Supply Chain Center. By leveraging AI, Copilot assists in checking external factors like weather conditions and notifies clients and users about any orders impacted by such issues. Furthermore, it offers predictive insights by notifying clients and users about orders affected by inventory, distribution network, or materials. Microsoft Dynamics Copilot generates contextual emails using the GPT engine, providing comprehensive information based on the reported issue.

Microsoft Dynamics Copilot integration with CRM

This is where all the Customer, Sales, Product, and Quote transactions are stored, there are multiple applications that can be used, i.e., Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics Marketing, and Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, just to mention a few.

Microsoft Dynamics Copilot for Sales and Viva Sales

Microsoft Dynamics Copilot is integrated with all the Dynamics 365 for Sales to feature products like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Integration with Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Imagine receiving an email from a customer regarding products they wish to purchase from your company. With Copilot, instead of manually composing an email and searching for relevant data, Viva Sales, Dynamics 365 for Sales, and GPT4 analyze the data together and present an option to “Make a proposal”.

This action connects to Dynamics 365 and utilizes the ChatGPT engine to create an email with existing data, saving valuable time for sellers.

At this point Outlook has connected to your Dynamics 365 for Sales deployment and has tracked the information from your client (who sent the email) and using GPT4 technology it gives you a new email with details about the product and opportunity you have with the client, this saves a lot of time for sellers, imagine saving between 15 and 20 minutes with every customer, every day.

Microsoft Dynamics Copilot for Customer Service

In Dynamics 365 Customer Service, ChatGPT plays a crucial role in improving service agent performance. Copilot assists in 2 ways: 

  • Copilot drafts contextual answers for client queries through email or chat, drawing from knowledge bases and historical data from previous cases.
  • Clients can configure a bot to extract information from a designated website and respond to end-user queries using that data.

Microsoft Dynamics Copilot for Marketing

In Dynamics 365 Marketing, Microsoft dynamics copilot simplifies audience targeting. Instead of manually building queries by selecting different fields, users can now describe their target audience, and the system will generate the necessary conditions to create the desired list.
