Using the Creatio platform, Solutions Metrix will assist the credit union in achieving its goal of prioritizing members in decision-making and enhancing service delivery

The company’s task will be to provide solutions that will contribute to getting better visibility into member interactions and engagements, putting Generations Federal Credit Union’s members at the forefront of decision-making, and achieving 360-service delivery.

50,000 consumer and commercial members receive services from Generations FCU in multiple offices, both on-site and online, and the organization oversees approximately $1 billion in assets. The primary focus of Generations Federal Credit Union has been on member satisfaction and giving them the tools to manage their finances and participate as co-owners of the business.

Using the Creatio platform, Solutions Metrix will centralize all member-related information, which will directly improve member satisfaction. This complete overview of member interactions will help Generations FCU engage more effectively and tailor unique experiences for each member, opening up new ways to increase revenue.

The no-code platform with the solution Financial Services Creatio was selected to implement the services. Its customer 360-degree view, lead and opportunity management, cross-/up sales, agent management, analytics and reporting tools, and efficiency tools will significantly enhance the credit union's ability to understand and interact with its members.
