Solutions Metrix implemented Creatio for Saskatchewan Blue Cross to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve customer interactions, supporting business growth and expansion.

Saskatchewan Blue Cross is an independent, not-for-profit organization with nearly 75 years of dedication to the healthcare industry. Known for its strong corporate social responsibility, it offers a variety of health solutions, including prescription drugs, dental, vision care, and hospital accommodation. The organization is also well-connected nationally and internationally through its memberships in the Canadian Association of Blue Cross Plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and the International Federation of Health Funds. Additionally, it provides emergency medical travel, ambulance services, home nursing, and life and critical illness insurance, along with short and long-term disability coverage for group plan members.

Saskatchewan Blue Cross realized it needed to make changes that would support business growth and not limit expansion opportunities. The lack of standardized workflows and real-time information access for internal operations, customers, and brokers slowed down service delivery. Committed to ongoing process improvement, the organization decided to overcome these challenges by moving away from outdated systems and embracing a modern technology solution. They found the answer in an intelligent low-code platform for process management and CRM, which was exactly what they needed.

This implementation maximized the impact of SBC’s operations and fostered better connections with their customers.
